Local Pick Up Orders
Once your order is ready for pick up, you will receive an “order is ready for pickup” email confirmation. We will happily accept clothing returns within 15 days of purchase, all other returns will be accepted within 30 days of your “order is ready for pickup” email confirmation, refunded in full. Christmas gifts purchased after 10.24.24 can be returned up until 1.11.25 with a gift receipt. All returns must have original tags, in original condition, odor free, and a receipt must be present. Seasonal merchandise will be returned or exchanged at the current sale price. Discounted items are non-returnable.
Shipping
Please allow 1-3 business days for orders to be processed to ship.
All orders will ship from Hopkinsville, Kentucky, therefore, we cannot guarantee transit time as that is the responsibility of the carrier.
We currently do not offer international shipping.
Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will happily accept clothing returns within 15 days of delivery. All returns must have original tags, in original condition, odor free, and a receipt must be present. Seasonal merchandise will be returned at the current sale price. Discounted items are non-returnable. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. At this time, we do not offer prepaid shipping labels. Refunds will be issued (minus shipping) to original form of payment or store credit - whichever you prefer. Contact [email protected] to initiate return/exchange requests.
